Is this a deficiency? Or nute burn?

Outdoor plants only have a few of these leaves on each of them , healthy other wise. On a water water feed schedule of 1/4 strength nutrients. And should I cut the damaged leaves off? Thanks guys

At 1/4 strength nutes, it’s not nute burn. Looks like it’s hungry, try a feed-water-feed-water schedule, at least 1/2 if not full strength.

Looks slightly underfed, the leaves are little on the lime green side.
Other than that, the plants looks good. A slight deficiency is an easy quick fix vs dealing with a toxicity.
The leaves have very little necrosis and will perk up when issues are fixed.
If you're in a soilless media I would do feeds every watering at 1/2 strength.
In soil, every other like Phytoplankton suggested.
