Is this a good lollipop style plant?

She's growing steady I've been cloning and "grooming",
the plant is getting a good scent off it
Been growing since January 8th
Under 4 45w CFLS
And 2 25w CFLS
It's gets a good feeding once a week cause my soil holds alotta water
When the whether is good I set her on the balcony in straight sun
What's the coldest weed can handle also?
When is best too keep her outside for good I wanna double my veg
And make her strong as possible
Also how long will my clone droop will it bounce back or consider tossing?

Clone looks like toast ... Soil seems WAY compacted and wet.
I put clones in a " light soil mix " like i would use for a seedling. I only mist the plant occasionally to give some moisture ... No feed , no pruning , nothing .

I " let " the clone or cutting just begin to root without " pushing " it.
I place under a single CFL ( 5000k ) and run a light schedule with a longer
" daytime on " and shorter " nighttime off " like 18/6.

When growing clones, age is not too much of an issue and growers can switch directly to flowering once your clone has established roots. This is because even though a clone may be small, it's still a 'mature' plant since it is cut from a piece of a mature plant. Rooted clones tend to grow much faster for the first few weeks than plants grown from seed.

In any case, you must make sure your plants get at least 13 hours of light each day to stay in the vegetative stage. If your plant gets a few long nights, it may start budding before you want it too.

You may have stressed that fist plant - there pretty much no reason to have hacked it so severely. Considering its age - its definitely stunted.
 
The top one was cloned,many times it smells amazing and is actually healthy I was reading pruning and stress training you can teach ur plant too dial the cal too other nods just experimenting and looking for info

read all you can AND LISTEN to these men that has been growing indoor for a long time and do as they say and you will learn.i cant help with indoor,but where I have growed outdoor I think I would start over and get help from people on this sit to teach you..ky
