Is this a hermaphrodite?

Hi guys

I have spottet something on one of my plants.
I am not sure wether this is a male part, or what it is?
Can you help me determine it?
I can only see it on one bud, and not any other place on the plant.

Flowering: 35 days

looks like the start of a nanner. hemo's STAT pull that lil fucker off and pray thats the only one you see..good luck with that guy/girl..
