Is this a MALE?

I have this one plant, that looks very different than the rest. I don't know if it developing new leaves (I'm not sure, as I've never seen the leaves grow in this form), or if it is a male plant. I have some pictures. Right now the plant is still in the vegetative state under 24hours of light, and is about 3 weeks old. Is it too soon to tell?

on the 4th pic i see 2 white hairs. female? give it a couple more days!!

Would it be too soon to sex the plant?

you can't be sure until you put it in flower, but the 4th pic really looks like a female to me.
