Is this a manganese deficiency?

New grower and coming towards 1 week before flowering. 2 plants has these brown spots and yellow looking leaves. Anyone know the reason for this ? How can I fix this ?

Hello, welcome to RIU. Can you provide more info like feeding schedule, medium and pic of the whole plant? It is always difficult to say whats wrong based on one leaf picture. Anyway I am pretty sure this is NOT manganeese deficiency...

Growing in coco coir with perlite, 70% humidity , 75 f, PH 6.8, 18/6 light cycle

Not experienced about coco, but your pH seems to be high, you should be 5,5-6,2. Also the leaf is saying pH issue. Check this page, can be helpful... https://www.cocoforcannabis.com/

Also the light distance is quite low, how far do you keep it?

Your pH should be around 6.0.
What is your feeding schedule?
Do you give plain water?
Do you allow the coco to dry?
Do you feed to substantial run off?

Run off is deffo very important, I did not do that in my grow and lock out every time
