is this a nitrogen deficiency

8weeks in critical mass af high cbd version been yellow from the start. Every time i try to feed ends up with nute burn on the tips. Have kellog organic plus potting mix use ff trio dont even use at 1/4 strength water ph to 6.5 spider farmer 1000 18/6 light is 16in above tent stays aroun 80 degrees f. Was thinking about using a couple Tsp of bloodmeal next time i water.

Try putting your light further away from the plant. I have the SF-2000, it's a great light, it doesn't need to be 16" away, put it up high, like 36" away. I have mine 36" away and I get great results. Also, try Cal-Mag, I use 5 ml per gallon every time I water, even plain ph water with nothing else gets cal-mag first. Last, how often do you water the plant?
 
the yellowing seems to be on the new growth, micro nutrient spray might save your day, try spraying minerals such as FE and MG, and feed it that as well, don't overdo it, as it seems ur soil has them but its locked out.

I water about every 5-6 days growing in 7 gal tote ill try your suggestions " light and cal mag"
