What is so abnormal about that one? Looks good to me, but not sure how easily the determination between hemp and cannabis is.

Hemp is cannabis...cannabis is hemp. Hemp is a sativa plant that is grown for it's remarkable almost innumerable uses other then using it for medication or recreation. What you have is a genetically manipulated seed capable of growing a powerful medicine and safe recreational plant. Of course without some knowledge of how to nurture those qualities...it could end up being hemp quality. That would be most unfortunate. A good seed is a terrible thing to waste. In the US hemp is any Cannabis Sativa plant with less than .3% THC. This was defined in the 2018 US Farm Bill which removed Hemp from the CSA.

Around the world I'm sure the definition varies but essentially it's a non-psychoactive or lesser psychoactive form of Cannabis Sativa and you can't tell just by looking. Although all the hemp I've seen had far finer bladed leaves.
