is this caused from ph problem?

Watered with 500 ppm5.8-6.0 ph In coco runoff was between 550-750 ph between 5.6-6.0. About 5 days ago I watered with bayer complete. Was wanting to make sure this wasn't the cause for this alot of the top leaves are most of leaves are light yellowish green. There are also mutated leaves with only 3 leaves

Your top leaves are doing whats known as "canoeing" leaves curl up like that when the lights are too hot too close they are trying to escape the heat.
