just bought 2 42watt cfls. they are 2700lumens. if i have 4 seedlings a week old, in a 20''x12"x15" rubbermaid box is this enough light? would it be 5400 lumens in the box? i have 1 pc fan on it, and plan on putting another on. also the roots are starting to come out of the peat moss. i have mg, sand, guano, and perlite, but im pulled in different directions on wether to use it or something else. any suggestions?
