Don't get upset too much yet brotha. I have a feeling that there will be a lot of controversy over this whole thing over the next few weeks. Let's see how well this stands.

Lawsuits will be filed and eventually the state supreme court will decide if municipalities can ban store front dispensarys. IMO one of the major failings of prop 215 and sb 420 is that there is no way to distribute that is not in some legal quagmire right now. The politicians seem to think that everyone should just grow their own but for most people this is flat out impossible. Couple this with the Feds doing everything that they can to stop commercial production and distribution and you have a lot of people that pretty much have no access to medical marijuana at all. Not every patient is in their 20's with friends that know where to get it. Also, not everyone wants some 18-20 year old coming over to their house with a backpack, blazing red eyes, and a t-shirt that says THC in giant 10 inch letters so for them a delivery service is out of the question for stealth purposes. Where exactly are these patients going to get the medicine that their doctor has recommended for their serious medical condition? Personally, I have access from other black market sources if I need it but I have met a couple of older people that would have no access if not for dispensarys.

We won. You made an excellent point. Not everyone is able to grow their own. Crime in neighborhoods does not happen because of the dispensaries. Liquor stores are widely available in all and any city. They create jobs. The difference is, dispensaries work as a clinic. Dispensaries seen with respect in that aspect. And plus, unlike alcohol, marihuana makes everyone enjoy their lives more. Making people open up their potentials to create action with such inspiration of generated positive change.
