Third week of what? Take a picture with the light off and your camera flash on.

Because I planted it for the first time, it is not very sure, they are very crowded,
the last four days, there has been no increase in height
so i think maybe the light is too close? from 45cm ( 2000W LED )
some leaves look a bit dry, but not yellow color
now i feel very hard to Training because they are crowded

Instead of all the tying down and string everywhere just super crop the branches. You'll get the same result or better with a lot less hassle.
Your plant looks strong enough so it should work well.

Raise that light to at least 60 cm. Take more pics when the light is OFF.
