Those are normal, it doesn't mean it's going to be a male. Just about all plants have those, some more so than others. They're just like, idk, extra support for when the branches get heavy.
Oh phew. I was just noticing those today, went on a google binge to make sure that those weren't any like male plant give aways. And when I did search on google for pictures of early developing male preflowers I did notice that they had those too. It's re assuring to hear that those aren't any definite male characteristics.
