Hi Guys!
Plant have just started 3rd week of flowering and from 3 days and 3 plant (on 4 total) are showing some white spot on the flower.
Pics are not perfect but hope it will help.

I was scared about mold but don't seems to be that the problem, maybe the pics are not clear but it was more a light bleaching spot more hard and consistent, but leaves seems green and not bleached.
White dots are growing, i have moved away from the bud a little bit the light just in case but i don't know if that it's the problem.

The strange things it's that the plant closest to the light don't show any of this dots.

I forgot to say that i had N toxicity in veg due to a wrong foliar feed that' way you can see some clawed leaf, also for take this pic i played a little bit with luminosity so da leaf are darker that what really is.

New growth is always lighter in color. How long ago did you switch to 12/12? That lighter color is most pronounced during the stretch phase, and I think you're just seeing a contrast between it and the very dark leaves. I doubt it's bleaching.

My bad, photo are not perfect, i made the luminosity correction only to better show the white dots but maybe has created a bit of confusion since it appear too much "blurry" than real.
I'll take a look for russet mite if i see something strange but don't remember seeing anything.

I adjusted the colors in photoshop and it still looks very much like russet mite damage IMO. Notice the lack of trichomes and some of the small lower leaflets are tacoing.

Notice the way these little leaves towards the bottom are tacoing, plus the coloration of your flower is a pretty obvious symptom of russets.
