is this lighting good for my clones?

I myself have a quick lighting question. Recently I have gotten a vintage Battle Creek Bisolar Sunlamp model 051 (120 volts, 60Hz, 800 watts). The two outer lights are type RS- 275 watt and the center is type RS-250. My question is how would I go about using this without getting the vintage bulbs. Is it useful at all for growing? Help/advice is welcome. Thanks.

I didn't want to intrude on the conversation. Its just that no one will tell me how to post my own threads. I'm pretty stoned already. Peace.

I always thought clones need the most light it can get... When mien were just little ones i kept light on 24/7 for at least 2 weeks.

Well clones do need light, but you dont want to give them intense light. Afterall they dont have a root system in place yet. What I saw in the picture is perfect. Just give them enough light to keep them pointing in the right direction. Once you see roots then you can put them under more light. But when they are still freshly cut you want to avoid intense light until they can handle it.
