Way , way too stretched.

Those early 3 finger leaves are and will be expendable over time. Your lighting is your biggest concern.

Using photon teck 600 running a little over 15000 lux are you suggesting to crank it up higher if so what lux level

I like a bit higher humidity at that stage. Tis a bit lanky.
