Is this normal?

I am currently day 20 into flower since I seen pistils. Why are some of my lower buds pistils turning brown? Is it normal?

Well I just got rid of Fungus Knats, my first week off them. I have been treating the past 2 prior weeks with Neem Oil and it says in bottle it helps prevent spider mites as well. So I shouldn't have any. I was in my garage it was getting to 90 degrees. I moved my tent inside last week so my Temps don't go above 82 now. They were staying 88 lights off 92 lights on. Now that's fixed though.
