Is this normal?

So this plant took 2 weeks to crack from seed and when it did it had 3 leaves instead of 2 and has been growing weird
I knocked over the pot"bottle"
It's in and it pretty much topped it self so I had to top it just above the water leaves to just see what would happen .. Now it's like growing 3 plants pretty much from the 1 stem...
