Is this plant finished yet?

First time post, long time lurker. Here is my situation. This is my 2nd grow. My first grow was 12 years ago so its been along time.. I met this guy a few years back who use to grow 4 plants at a time. One time he did 2 DP blueberry plants and 2 DP strawberry cough plants. The 2 blueberry plants ended up turning into hermies, which one of them rubbed up along the side of a strawberry cough plant and ended up making about 20 seeds from a bud off the strawberry cough plant. He gave me a few of the seeds which I kept for all these years. He had grew out 4 seeds which 3 ended up looking more like the SC plant and the other one looked more like the BB plant. I grew out 3 of these same seeds. I harvested one already 2 weeks ago that looked like BB and smells like it now that its been curing. I have 2 left. One looks like SC and the one I have the question about looks like some kind of sativa plant which I havent seen personally before. It smells like some kind of haze strain. Its been flowering 10 weeks and 2 days now(I count from 1st sign of hairs) It has some amber trics but very few. Most are just cloudy or clear. Its just the buds look so airy and tiny compared to the other 2 plants. At about 6 weeks the buds did start to swell if you can call it that which the other 2 plants did as well. But they are nothing compared to the others. I know sativas are suppose to take longer to finish but for the past 2 weeks this plant hasnt really done anything but shoot out a few white hairs every few days. It doesnt look really no different then it was about 2 weeks ago. Does it look finished? Or will there be so massive new growth around week 11 which will be this sunday? I dont have a problem waiting it out but a few days ago I had to pick off about 7 hermie sacks I found on it which im thinking is happening now b/c its already finished and just stressing it out. Any help would be appreciated. The last 2 pics is my other plant that I will harvest this sunday.

Thanks, ya, I am gonna just leave the lights off after tomorrow untill sun night and chop. I am noticing some more amber trics as well so thats good. Cant wait to test her out.

Lots of fox tails there. Was heat an issue during the grow?

With the lights on it has stayed between 79-81 degrees, about 75ish with the lights off. Is 79-81 to much heat? Theres really no way I can control it anymore. Its a pretty small closet in a small room. I thought that was just how the buds were suppose to swell and look lol.

I don't think anyone knows for sure what causes fox tails. I was just curious to see if heat was an issue, that is my theory as to why they happen.

I kinda think they are cool. It looks like the bud is growing more bud ontop of it.

Ya it could be b/c of heat but im not sure. It looks like little fingers when the buds are dried haha. My other plant I already harvested did the same thing.
