Is this Powdery Mildew? Really need help here Please!!!

I've started noticing these white specles around parts of the leaves. Now the weird thing about them is that they don't seem to brush off with a gentle sweep of my fingers...if I scrub them hard I could get them off. I'm just unsure if this may be powdery mildew or something else. It's not in patches its more like built up in the viens almost of the leaves. I've tossed some pics in here. I just thought I'd point out that I used a solution of about 1/2 tsp of epsom salt in about a little over half a gallon of water as a foilar spray to deal with some mag issues. I sprayed probably about two-three times with this solution and just wasn't happy so opted for the Cal-Mag which has done miracles. Now I'm thinking that maybe this may be something built up from that. But then again I don't want to rule out powdery mildew since that could possibly destroy my plant lol.

No. Not powdery mildew. A simple Google search for 'powdery mildew cannabis' could have eased your mind a lot sooner than this thread.
