Is this powerful enough?

I have a fan that is rated for 80/110cfm that will be used for my diy cool tube for 2 400 watt mh lights. Im going to have one end of the cool tube venting to just an open hole and the other end have the fan sucking the hot air out.

First of all is it better to have the fan sucking or blowing

and will this fan be powerful enough to keep the temps down in a 41.58ft3 space.

Best to have a fan pull, rather than push.

Not sure if you got enough CFM there, is it an inline fan, or some DIY computer fan setup?

If it is inline, I would guess it will do the trick, at the 110 cfm.
