Is this preflower?

Looks like she stretched alot and didnt really develop her most recent leaves quite as much the last couple days. Also she has tiny hairs in between some of the branching is that preflower?

I can't tell, need a close up pic.

Don't see any pistils. Nice looking plant tho.
