Well how old are they? That would help a lot to give a better answer? They still have a long way to go. Don't look at trichomes for ripeness. Look at the maturity of flower cluster formation and pistils retracting.
When you see hardly any white pistils and when flower clusters are fully formed and swelled then you can start looking at trichomes for confirmation.

No strain is done after only flowering for 6 weeks. Breeders advertised days mean absolutely nothing and is plain marketing. You can't pinpoint maturity in either a human or plant offspring, you need a crystal ball for that.
