Have seen plenty of posts where ppl say as soon as you see the mildew white stuff on the surface of the soil that the root rot pythium is incurable and once you notice signs you just have to throw your plants away.

The mildew white spider web stuff is on the surface but plants still healthy and green, this is day 2 of the mildew stuff. Have heard to scoop it out and let soil dry out then continue watering less. Have heard just let the soil all dry out and your fine, have heard I need to throw them away before they contaminate the others, have heard I need to buy new pots and dirt immediately.

Anyone been through this with reccomendations of what worked? Thank you for your time0303182338.jpg 0303182338b.jpg 0303182338d.jpg 0303182338e.jpg 0303182338f.jpg

You're keeping the soil too wet. Let it dry out. Mold will go away when it doesn't have such favorable conditions to grow.

In a one quart sprayer mix 1 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp isopropyl alcohol, 2 tsp neem oil, drop or two of dish soap. Lightly mist the top of the soil. Kills mold on contact.
