Is this seedling too Wet or too Dry?

it's growing quite alright, but just yesterday it started drooping a bit. i really do not think i'm overwatering it, i give it very little, just to keep the soil moist. i find it hard to believe it is either too dry or too wet.

what do you think?

too wet, let it dry more.

Put it in a pot, it will be easier to control moisture level.

hmm. well, i just transplanted it to a 3gallon pot, and added more water. haha. so, i'll let it dry after this for sure. i'm so terrible at growing things, i don't understand. i don't have an understanding relationship yet with plants, even though i respect them dearly.

i'm having trouble knowing the accuracy of my ph. i tested the ph of the runoff water, but i'm using a shitty liquid test kit and i don't know exactly what it is. it seems to be around 6.5+ ph.

i'm looking to order an electronic ph tester, does anyone have any suggestions?

this is what i'm looking at right now...it is cheap, but most say it does the job just fine.
