Is this single plant early?

Hi my first grow is not going to bad.
I have four plants in my box and started flowering around 35 days ago. Everything looks quite ok, but one of the four plants is showing brown pestils. Halft of them are brown already while the pistils of the other plants are still 100% white. Can this single plant be a little early?

What would you guys tell me to do`?
