Is this THC

so I think I'm gonna harvest in a week. but some parts on the bud are extreamly coated with what I hope is THC, but could it be something else?

can you just brush it off mcsmokin...if so its mildew/mold an the plants need to be cut now...peace az

looks fantastic im not sure its ready though still looks glassy look with a microscope and see if the trichs are mostly clear milky amber or what thc under a scope sortof looks like a glassish mushroom with a more circular head on the stalk, when they are at least 50/50 milky and amber is when to harvest some like more amber some like a few less up to you and what kind of high your looking for
 
I'm going to need you to send me a 30 gram sample for analysis. Only then can we be sure. I'm also going to need a pack of papers with that.
 
with another look i see your hairs are at least 80% orange at least on hte pics so they are probably ready but i still go by the trichomes so get a magnifying lens and take a look.
 
naw that looks like some super dank with all those crystals dam that going to be some good smoke
 
What strain??? It does look great. I don't think I see the mildew though? Where Fdd, point it out do I can know to look out. I have never dealt with the mildew.
 
The first pic did look a bit sketchy but the other 2 gave a good pic of what he was seeing, I believe he has some good looking kind from what i saw
 
Yeah, at first I was with FDD. I had mildew happen too, thankfully only two plants once (had six together), and it does have that same blueish look to it, but like FDD pointed out it would rubb off easy and (mine) was kinda powdery. After the second pic, it just looks like an awsome bud with TONS of tricomes. I second the 30g notion, I need to analyze as well. lol :peace:
 
i dont see any mold that shit looks good to me trichs everywhere maybe some shadowing under that cloud of trichs is what your seeing
 
The fan leaves of portions looks like it could be mildew, but if u had it you will know 100% lol.. Theres a very distint difference from THC and mold.. If it blows of easy, your bud is shit, but if it does not, you have some fine quality THC that anyone will be happy to smoke with u.... If it is mold, and its must be bad that your plants are pritty sick and production therfor is dormat, should just harvest then, but thats your call, i dont know the fine details... Otherwise, hope its not, an best of luke curing.
