Is this transplant shock?! I'm not sure what is happening

Hi all! Newbie grower over here. These babies started off as bagseeds and i wasn't sure if they'd grow, but to my surprise, they took off! I transplanted 2 of my plants into a 3 gallon pot Thursday. They were really outgrowing their old pots and were showing signs of stress (droopy leaves and looking burned at the tips). When I transplanted them, they looked root bound. I tried to loosen the rootball gently and repotted them in fox farm soil (before I was using a basic organic seedling starter soil). The picture of them looking droopy is how they were right after i transplanted them. The next day they were perking up great (second picture), but after they started drooping again! I'm not sure what could be the issue... I set up a grow tent with a 600W light with a fan to circulate the air. My hydrometer varies between 60-70% humidity with the temp between 70-74 degrees. Does anyone know what would cause then to perk up and droop again? Thank you!!E2855235-F99E-4050-8ACE-733F3ED3934D_1_105_c.jpegF9F03959-3D43-4BBA-8B86-B506F0C0D954_1_105_c.jpeg
