hey everyone one not a complete noob lol. My question is I plant on topping and suppercropping the girls. iv'e heard is ruins the quality of the weed just wondering if that's true and why and how much does it really effect it? Thanks for all of the help in advance

someone lied to ur ass cuzz supercropping and topping doesnt effect potency at all. potency is genetic

yeah that's what I thought lol. Suppercropping helps yield correct?

indeed it is brother,it encourages more growth in the plant,i dont understand supercropping properly,but topping,just pinch out the middle of the newest growth,makes 2/4 main colas and the plant gets much bushier
