Israel planned to build settlements and a bunch of squatters showed up to block the attempt. Those people who threw up tents much like the Occupy Wall Street mob were removed from the site. They were not gunned down, murdered or anything else, they were evacuated the site.
You do not seem to be following cause and effect here Harrekin. The site was left untouched through the GWB administration due to pressure from the USA. If you have been paying attention recently, the Israeli's have been under attack from thousands of rockets.
Now, apparently when the Israeli's are not building on land, they are still being attacked by rockets. And when they build on the land, they are attacked by rockets. Basically they are attacked by rockets all the time. Therefore, I find it hard to understand how you justify the attacks on Israeli's based on this land that just seems to have given the Palestinians further cover to attack innocent women and children with their rocket attacks.
