Issues after transplant. Help?

Hi folks!

Recently transplanted my almost 4 week old northern lights autos. I know now not to transplant autos and knew shortly after I started them but lesson learned. First grow so I'm going to do a few rounds with autos before I switch photos. Before I transplanted them I was seeing great growth daily. Now one of them (which was growing the best) seems to not be growing any longer. And both of them have drooping leaves with slightly upward curling tips. I watered the day of transplant and not sure if they are over watered. Currently haven't started any nutes because of this and watered with 6.9 Ph distilled water. So no nute burn. Soil is still a little moist so I'm hoping it's just over watered. 3 inches down soil is damp, 2 inches down slightly less to very little, tip 1 inch is pretty dry. See photos!

Any help is greatly appreciated. Side note: I added a few pencil holes in the soil for a few inches to increase oxygen to roots last night and also to help dry it out a little. Has saved a drowning plant in the past.

Lesson number 2...that's what happens as a result of not following lesson number one.

Autos do not care for transplant...slows the growth and development of a plant with a short lifespan...see the problem??

I do see the issue, again first grow. Next set will be started in the 3 gallon pots. and after I use up the auto seeds I will definitely start some photos.

Any helpful tips as to how to maybe help my plants pull through?

I'm not terribly concerned with a high yield right now. I want to make my mistakes early and learn from them, high yields will come with time and knowledge. And I certainly look forward to that day :)

4 weeks old? These plants are nearly 5 weeks from seed 11 days since switch. It's my first grow also so the only advice I can give, before you grow any seed whether auto or photo, read up on the strain you're growing. You may ask why I put my in flower so early... Well there jack herers sativa dominant and can quadruple in size during flowering!! If I had not of read that I'd prob be in serious crap by now with lack of room. Hope it comes out Ok for you.
