Week 5 and I feel like she's still super small. I took advice from you guys and got some fox farms and perlite and also started watering around the edges so the roots can spread out. For some reason the bottom leaves are turning yellow with brown tips untill it completely goes yellow then brown and fall off what could this be. I use a grow tent with leds it stays around 75° and rh is at 55-60. I also have not added any nutrients yet.

Looks healthy to me. When they are that small at 5 weeks it's usually not enough light.
What type and model of lighting and how far is it from the top of the plant?
 
Looks healthy, but way smaller than it should be.
What’s your lighting like? By day week 5 they should be closer to this in size. Pic at day 40 and that’s with several toppings. Your environment sounds otherwise ok, but you will need to make adjustments to keep it there when you increase lighting.

It's about 3 or 4 feet from the plant only have it on veg right now.

This will save you a whole bunch of trouble, swap out that blurple for 150w qb style led. Hop in the best deals thread or just search Amazon you’ll be able find one for like $50-$75. Yeah you can make that work but it’ll save you a lot of trouble and grow you better weed if you switch.
