Its official terpense describe the type of high?!?

Ciao guys I finally figured out!. Sativa-indica-Hybirds does not explain the type of high!?. For example if I want a energetic strain I go with sativa but smoking that strain can actualy make you fall a sleep even if its a sativa. Its true going with sativa its less sedative in general But terpense are actualy what the type of high it will be!!.
For example I smoked super silver haze the terpense are myrcyne caryophyllene lemone. I felt sedative abit energetic but even if its a sativa I knocked out and woke up in 5 hours. For example if I would smoke a sativa chocolate fondue dna genetics terpense are caryophyllene but mostly lemone!!! I was energetic zero sedetive and sleepless super awake like espresso. I smoked purple hindu kush its a 100 percent indica Bome effects zero indica because terpense are caryophyllene pine and lemone, wicb these terpense are super energetic and uplifting.

Yeah saw this being discussed on the Netflix series "Explained" , its incredibly interesting. They find that internationally strain names , used to categorize are inaccurate. This plays a vital roll in being able to standardize consumption of weed and understand the expected effects more accurately, enabling more progress in legalization. Honestly I hope to see more breeders and Seed Banks provide a composition of terpense in the description of their strains. I have heard that breeders in Toronto have been asked more and more about the terpense composition.
