If they keep the House? No. It will be business as usual. If the Democrats take the majority the GOP is going to be demanding bipartisan cooperation. Then they'll spend as much time as possible trying to scuttle any new bills introduced by the Democrats/O'Bama.

Harry Reid has already publicly stated that if Romney wins the election he will attempt to block anything the Republicans try to do...
So... There isnt much likelihood of Bipartisanship thanks to the Dem's.

I want a libertarian party. But we're stuck with a two party system. So one must change. The only way I see is for Republicans to convert back to their paleo-conservative roots. That has more of a chance of becoming libertrian than the liberal FDR roots.
