I've ran Wilma systems for years with the odd oxypot thrown in, I've had an iws DWC 12 pot system for years I been meaning to use. So goina get it out after this harvest I think and run just the 8 pots in it,,,,,,

Question is, how often do most people pump the water from the pots back to the main res? One or two times a day just to mix up the nutes and shit????

Is it ebb n flow or dwc with a controller bucket?

It's an rdwc, 12 pot system and yeah it has the controller unit and a 12 way air pump with an airstone in each pot

If it's rdwc,I leave my pump running 24/7.If you have a rez and controller bucket,it sounds like plain old dwc with a rez. If that is the case you only need to pump out your buckets to the main rez 1 time a day to check ph/ppm.

Yeah m8 that's what I had in mind. I've ran single DWC pots and obviously there filled 24/7. Ive done a bit more reading and some say return to the res every 8 hours and some even more frequent, don't see the point, once a day to check the feed and that should do, cheers pal
