Jack Herer/Skywalker OG, 6 plant medical grow

Hello everyone, I'm meant to start this journal sooner but I've been busy lately. Anyways, here is the info on my grow, it's my third real grow and my first journal on here. They're currently at day 18 of 12/12. Here's the breakdown...

Room is a secret jardin DR120 I believe, it's 4x4x7.

Room is injected with co2 via a refillable tank every so often during lights on to maintain 1500 ppm.

600w galaxy ballast, hortilux bulb, yield master II reflector air cooled.

Strains are 2 Jack Herers and 4 Skywalker OGs. This is the first time I have grown these strains. I Got these babies as clones from a trusted source, the genetics are good (IMO) and I have smoked the dried/cured bud and it is great.

I'm experimenting with growing mediums to see what I like the most, 2 OGs are in a coco/perlite mix in 5 gallon buckets. One OG is in a 6 inch rockwool cube and one OG is in hydroton. Both Jack Herers are in buckets of hydroton.

I used phosphoload at the end of the first week of flower to control vertical growth and it works well from what I can see, left a couple leaves a little burned but nothing serious. I used it at 1ml per gallon. My base nutrient is floranova bloom with floralicious plus, koolbloom (liquid), and budswel.

So here they are at day 19 12/12. The Jack Herers are the big ones, OGs in the back. I like the trichomes along the stem at day 19.

Nice Grow. I am about to smoke some skywalker og from local oc collective. Need to find a dispensary that has some clones of it.

you must live in cali.. skywalker is flight.

Thanks man. Both these strains are two of my favs. There is an amazing collective in the LA area that only does clones/mothers and no buds, they're on weedtracker so if you want to know about it PM me! I can vouch that their strains are the real deal.

Day 20 of 12/12. I have one dwarf OG that is only in rockwool that is having some lockout issues so i flushed it real good, it doesn't look all that bad but just small compared to the rest.
what's up with her? any ideas?

Still got a good 8 weeks left, damn, so long...

For a comparison, here they are as babies one month ago...
The OG clones (right) were in pretty bad condition when I got them, but they were nursed back to health.

Very nice, I was thinking of trying to get some Jack Herer, interested to see how it turns out for you.

Oh I agree, smoked some before, just haven't grown any yet. Snagged some not too long ago from my local dispensary, no complaints.

I love it, only complaint is it has such a long flowering time! I'm used to my bubbas being ready in 6 weeks. I guess good things come to those who wait?

PPM is at 900. Added some cal-mag after noticing the beginning of a deficiency. Here's some pics...

Anyone know what this is? I'm guessing calmag deficiency, I don't think it's nute burn because I hadn't gone above 850 ppm when this picture was taken and I am using RO water. It's also only happened on a few lower fan leaves which makes me think its the calmag def. Sorry for the shitty focus, was in a hurry taking these...

anyone want to take a yield guess on this one? considering i take them 10-12 weeks they still have at least 7 weeks left.

Good looking plants, man! Looks like you are going to be using the force very soon. I was always tempted to get skywalker seeds, they do have them at marijuanaseeds.nl, but I have never gotten them myself. You might be able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

A while ago I was given some bud from the same mother of the jack herers that I have. Here are some pictures, truly a great strain!





And here are the nutes I use throughout the whole grow. veg to finish, including my pest control products SNS217 for any sign of spidermites and a preventative and azamax, which works GREAT!
