Howdy folks...
I'm loking for a little help. I get some seriously cool jars (large) from boutique salsas, pasta sauces, pickles, etc. but I've had problems getting their lids odor free.
Sometimes 3-5 times through the dishwasher doesn't even work.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting the food odors out of the rubber/plastic inside the lids.
Also, some pasta sauces come in Mason jars...do they make new large, threaded lids that would fit them? I would like to 'recycle' them for curing and storage.
