Jazmonate?? No nutrient plant only tap water a lot of stress

Ok well I have been doing some research into something along the lines of a compound produced from cannabis when it is stressed the term name is jazmonate so like when a cannabis plant gets stressed it pumps out more thc to produce jazmonate to defend itself like a defense mechanism. So what I did was simple I got a tote and used my old crappy root infested soil from old plants I popped a wet trainwreck crossed with blueberry diesel bag seeds from this strain I got and now the results are coming to a close. I mean I treated this plant like shit on purpose to produce jazmonate, the helpful thc compound to help pump out more triches. Anyhow I put about 10 lowest watt cfl bulbs in there and gnats started flying and breeding in the soil and I rarely watered it with crappy tap water no filter just straight tap and I also let the lights rest on the plants and burn them I moved the light away about a week ago because some bud sites actually got deteriorated at the stem and wouldn't uptake anymore water I have it so I just clipped hella stuff off I even had some male plants in there and ripped out the plants and left the old male roots in there with the still growing plants, remember I am trying to severely stress the plant to produce jazmonate and now with it almost ready I can say my findings are very intriguing also I am a total begginer
, so over all this is the stress cause to the plants, light burnt, gnats breeding in soil, old soil with lots of old roots in there, rarely watered maybe 7-8 gallons its whole life, irregular light schedule cause the light liked to turn off at random times, severe cutting and handling, no nutrients ever given through life, only plain tap water from my kitchen sink is given no filter just straight.
I did all this to help release jazmonate into the plant to see if it gets more thc packed on the plant I have some other strains in my closet I have babied since born they are 2 weeks behind the jazmonate project, here are the results so far of the jazmonate project I will use the babied plants in my closet as to differentiate my findings on both plants the stressed jazmonate released one and the babied nutrient absorbed unstressed one.
