Well we all know that people use rooting agents on their clone clippings but I was wondering what you guys thought about soaking the Jiffy/Peat Pucks in Rooting agent? do you think it will make the clone root faster?

so far ive found that rooting gel doesnt work as good as rooting powder
ive had a constant 100% sucess rate with jiffy pads and rooting power just make sure u watch how dry they get.. they can get dry fast.. ive used rock wool cubes and they are okay i dont really like them tho

Yup rooting pwder is a much better hormone then gels. I have tried side by side results with so many people getting on the gel wagon when they started to come out. I get 70% success with gels and about 98% with powders and powder roots show 3-5 days gel 7-14 days. Now back to the question avoid jiffy peat pellets like plague. They have jacked up ph holdings,Dont grow well,Seem to cause sprout failures and make a mess in any hydro application. Use rockwool or soiless mix or if soil growing germ the seeds then right into soil.never peat pucks
