Jiffy/rockwool/rapid rooter automatic watering

Has anyone seen any automatic watering systems for jiffy pucks or similar? And had any experience with them?

I plan on starting loads of seeds in jiffy pucks in the future and want to eventually automate the first 2-3 weeks of seeds in the pucks.
Just not sure on the best method of determining moisture levels and automating the watering yet.

So far I’m thinking esp home with a moisture meter and a dripper but with 500 plus jiffy pucks that won’t be ideal.

other option is a small flood tray and to flood and drain the tray when moisture levels drop.

interested to hear if anyone has experiences so I don’t make the same mistakes that have already been done.

jiffy pucks are ment to be placed into soil or strait into a net pot of agrigate, and then used in drip system or dwc.
or an nft, where the roots will penitrate the pucks and form a dence mat of roots
so you can use a drip emitter system, nft tray, flood n drain or into a dwc tank.
