Jose Guerena Killed: Arizona Cops Shoot Former Marine In Botched Pot Raid

I read that. He was shot over 60 times and then they tried to claim he was in some home invasion gang. He worked 12 hour shifts at his job. The law enforcement officials are trying to portray him as some kind of violent Latino gangster.

I can predict the outcome of the INTERNAL investigation. They will find no wrongdoing on the part of the officers. Also, notice how the main stream media is completely ignoring this tragedy?

ah shit I just made a thread about this, Guess when I started typing there was none, when I submitted, this lies awaiting.

It makes me sick bro.

I have emailed a senator in Arizona and also typing one now as we speak to PA in the VA located near that place to see what they can do.
If the officials are trying to cover it up, we need to get someones attention fast.

When I saw the head line I had a bad vision of myself being in this situation. Im a former marine and have served in Iraq and Afghanastan. This will get mentioned on national news... I bet it will be mentioned this evening.

So these cops r going to be prosecuted....right? Psh.
No they will get bonuses and promotions. Another "Mexican" drug dealer/home invasion robber is dead so white America can sleep better at night. Lets build more private prisons while we're at it.

They raided four homes and found no evidence. It was a cluster fuck from the word go. Now a decorated veteran who served two tours of duty in Iraq will never see his two children grow up and LEO's will continue with violent raids. More people will die. To tell you the truth, it sounds more and more like intimidation tactics used against the Latino residents in that area. The neighbors are terrified of the police. It's ridiculous.

No more raids! They make no sense. If someone is SUSPECT, catch them doing something illegal, not raiding homes busting down doors because of SUSPECTED illegal activity.

There wasn't anything illegal in his home, safety on his gun was on, he obviously thought someone had broken into his house, which is why RAIDS are fucking stupid. Please send these murderers to jail.

But we have a RIGHT to be protected from marijuana and those who would sell it to our children.

Pretty sad story overall, our law enforcement and corrections policies really need some major reform. It looks like these guys wont be held accountable either... If I were part that family I'd be lawyered up real quick...

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The five SWAT officers, who while serving a search warrant May 5, killed 26-year-old Jose Guerena have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

The Pima County Regional SWAT team members —from four different law enforcement agencies in the county — were justified in using deadly force against Guerena, according to an investigation by the Pima County Attorney's Office.

Chief Criminal Deputy David Berkman in his report wrote "under the circumstances and based upon our review of all the available evidence, we have concluded that the use of deadly force by the SWAT Team members was reasonable and justified under the law. Accordingly the Pima County Attorney's Office finds no basis to prosecute."

This just goes to show how bad off we are when a war veteran can't even get a fair shake. A decorated war veteran. Un-fucking-believable.
