okay i need to c if what i got is enough to grow atleast 2 plants
i have a grow tent which is about 36" x 20" x 62" in size
i got a 400 hps that i got from htg supply
i juss ordered my soil which is foxfarm light wairrior is that good?
and im about to get a 6inch inline fan from htgsupply as well
and i cant really duct because i have my tent in my bedroom and its really small bedroom
my temp went up 90s in juss under a hour
ouchhh !
so with juss the inch inline fan sucking all the hot air out do ya htink my temp will go around the mid 80s high 70s?

and will all i got can i b able to grow good healthy 2 plants?
and if so how much should i water my seedlings?

put the light in the tent, install the fan, and turn it on... check the temp after a lil while...

hate to say it, but ff light warrior isn't soil. ff ocean forest is soil. LW is a soiless medium, you can still use it but its made for hydro.

It should make a dent in the temperature for sure, But what yhe fan needs to do is clear out the hot air and bring fresh air in, so make sure it does that. I think what you should look into is a Timer for your light. Choosing your light cycle is very important if you haven't chose it already. The timer will make sure the light goes on and off at the right time.

Not exactly sure where you can find them, most likely a local shop like Home Depot, Ace Hardware or some other supply shop.

Light warrior does work but freakygoat is right better for hydro set ups . You will just need to monitor your nutes. Also your gonna need another fan to bring in the fresh air. Grow tents are better for air cooled hood cause it takes the heat directly out of the hood and out the tent. Think about room ac if you can

One thing you must buy is a ph meter. You really should make sure you have one.

for your first grow i wouldnt worry about your ph just yet, make sure you get the basics covered then worry about the extras

So you wouldn't worry about buying something that cost betwwen $5- $25 that will not only save your grow, but make the most of it. OK.

A PH testing method is not an extra, it's a must. Sorry to tell you (op) but it can be a very expensive undertaking to grow good pot. Hell its a weed it will grow no mater what you do. But you will be disappointed if you cut corners. Not much worse than spending a bunch of money and waiting 4 months to only harvest a half ounce of bad weed. Trust me ive ive done it all in the 15 years ive been growing and you need to look at the money that you need to set everything up as an investment. How much money will you spend on weed a year? It would be about 7 grand a year for me so it is much less to grow in the long run. But you have to invest first.

i argue that ph is a necessary step unless you only water with distilled H2O and no nutes (use organic amendments). thats the only way to get around ph. this method still isn't all that great as the actually ph of the soil could shift unbeknownst to you. ph water kit at walmart was eight bucks for me, needs to have the 6.0 to 7.0 range at least.
