My box is 3'x'3'x4', what basically a good range of CFM i would need in order to make things work properly, just a simple computer fan or a 4"inline duct fan ? has anybody used the duct fan are they quiet ?

a 4" ruck fan will do fine for your space.
i have a 5" low power ruck and they are very quiet and efficient.
(the low power fans are more quiet and can hardly be heard).
