Just messed up on my dry

I cut my plant yesterday I hung it in the tent and I never turned off the oscillating fan so we blew on the plant all night can I fix it there anything I can do to help the stem still has moisture but they're they're basically dry they got smaller crispy; so question is should I add water to the them maybe or just spray them gently one time ?

No. Turn fan off, and the stem moisture will move back into the buds and you will be good again. Get a moisture meter and have it near them all in the buds.
