here in new england 02703, growing afgan kush and critical kush, in large pots on the deck, treated the same, afgan lots mold, critical almost none, critical done a week ago, cuting done now, afgan another 3 weeks min. can i use the mold buds to make butter.

Hey, so I read your post and it sparked my interest as I have a couple areas with a little mold and a wife that wants to make butter. So what I found was a few people that said eating mold is better than smoking spores, I would air on the side of caution and cut your losses but I am no expert by any means. Have a great day. I wouldn't play around when it comes to mold my friend ....I know deep down you know this as well ...it sucks to lose your hard work...I personally throw away anything like that ....at least you know that strain doesn't like your climate ...not a total loss as far as info .....hope the other turns out well for you ...GL

Nothing worse than mold or bud rot.. I toss all affected plant material.. It's just not worth the risk...
