Just transplanted, close to flower, any suggestions?

I have two females that are in my opinion about a week out from switching them to 12/12 for flowering from my 24/0 vege phase. Both of the plants were planted after being germinated on 4/12/09. They were in shock for about a week in may due to lack of watering cause i was on vacation, and when i got home i transplanted them to a gallon bucket and a week later they were fine.

Today I transplanted them again into 2 5 gallon buckets, I also noticed a catapillar here and there.. so i ordered some neem oil and some Big Bloom. My plan is to leave the plants be till the neem oil gets here, when the neem oil arrives start treating the plant for bugs. and maybe two days later than start the flowering process? I would just really rather wait to start flowering till the bugs were gone, and plus the pistils are popping out everywhere I cant wait for the thing to explode! Here is a pic of the new setup, down to 2 plants from the others being male. If any of you would like more close up pix please ask I would be more than happy.

hello mate I'm doing the GHS kings kush, I transpanted a week before bud. well soaked with a drop of superthrive in 1ltr.
Ive also got the advanced nutrients neem oil with bigbud, hammerhead and overdrive.
Although I havnt had to use the neem oil. touch wood
