Kali Mist or Super Silver Haze

Okay gang-Ive got some babies on the go as we speak but I am looking for a really good sativa high-I have narrowed it down to Kali Mist or Super Silver Haze?Any input would be apreciated-if you've smoked or grown it I would love to hear your opinion.Thanks,MM

i've grown ssh and smoked kali, if your looking for a more of a sativa high then kali. prices have dropped from 140 down to 108 fora pack of kali here in the pass couple months on tude

I just finished up SSH, it is no big deal as far as I am concerned and not growing it again.

I have Kali Mist in my garden, and it is primo smoke for sure! Probably my favorite of all time (if you get the right pheno).

Be prepared for a long haul, though. I have them under a 1000 watt HPS, Co2 infused, etc, and they take every bit of 16 weeks to finish ... and they stretch like a mofo!. Make sure you use a tomato cage or some other mechanism to tie them down and train your canopy early on or you will have a hot mess on your hands!

My KM hermied but very well may have been my fault with light issues during that run. The pheno I had ran about 76 days and really got in my wifes head bad. we didn't care for it much. have not tried SSH yet maybe my next run do have the beans!...KM flavor was really good and smooth, a citrusy taste I couldn't put my finger on. if you want to solve earths mysteries, this is for you! lol

Dont know about Cali but I grew siver haze and it sucks. Waste of six months for sure. Dont like the shit at all will never grow it again.

Not sure if you still have it around, but you should try running it for longer if you do. I chopped my first couple harvests of KM around 10-11 weeks, thinking they were done ..... and holy shit! That was some straight speed! Too early.

If you let it go longer the speediness subsides, and the high takes on more of a euphoric, pleasant, opiate type buzz. It's truly a magical strain if you hit that harvest window right (which for me is around 16-17 weeks).

kali mist is SUPER FUN, but totally 1 dimensional... blaze it, and forget about relaxing or tripping out on tunes. it's all about clear headed motivation and euphoria. if you're running a marathon or at work, it's awesome

i haven't tried super silver haze because it leans more towards afghani than jack herer, but i'd expect it's mellower and trippier buzz to be funner 24/7, especially if you want to watch a movie with that heightened reality effect.

i really like trippy jack's cleaner 2 a lot... it's the trippiest strain i've grown i think and has a reallycool touchy feely effect with it's euphoria

haze x skunk by high quality seeds is a little more clear headed and motivational with a hint of lead eye, and i definitely like that better than kali mist from wake and bake to sleepy time. it has some psychoactivity, but it's super potent, even moreso than real outdoor grown columbian gold if not as visual. the buzz is long lasting & doesn't degrade. it's a 12 week strain though best for early flowering or scrogging, but it's like an AK-47 that doesn't get you stoned

sweet haze by DNA genetics is CLEARLY better than any other fruity jack/thai/or haze i've tried so far, it instantly made me smile at how much better it was than lesser strains. VERY sticky buds! it has more psychoactivity than most common "hazes" i've tried and at 9 weeks flowering, isn't a slow IBL diva. very classy strain. i'm really keen to try chocolope and cannalope haze now as everything i've tried by DNA so far has been top shelf. if their sweet haze doesn't embarrass super silver outright which i'd bet a nickel on, i doubt it would be outclassed by it and i bet it's lower odor as SSH can get skunky

keep your eyes out for jack the ripper & killing fields too. those should give you the really trippy experience missing from so many strains too.

I agree with this poster. My Kali Mist plant has the best high of what I've grown out so far over 5 years. Nice unique aroma and taste too... there's really nothing else like it.

I also would agree on Kali Mist though try your best to get a clone. I have bought Kali Mist seeds last year and grew it like i do all my sativas, it turned out really well! I showed it to a friend who has had a clone for 8 years and he said that's not same kali mist anymore gave me a sample of his to smoke and i have to agree with him. Dont get me wrong what i got is still like wow! But the kjali mist he had felt a lot more special, it was more energising tasted more like a good haze. We grow in pretty much the same way and after that happened i've spoken to a few veterans in the region and they all have either experienced or heard the same. Serious seeds no longer sells the Kali Mist they used to.
Whether this is true or not I dont know but i did feel a difference. I'm gonna ask my friend for some of his later this week and do a report (a good thing about my friend is he always cures his sativas for 6 months at least. I've never had Super Silver Haze but i've always been biased by other people to hate Green House so I never bothered with them.

You have to search through phenotypes for the one you want...That goes for any s33ds
Can't just pop a couple s33ds and expect an exact copy
I've had more Sativa and more Indica leaning pheno. in the same pack of s33ds.

GHS is a joke. Between GHS and BF they supply High Times with a whole bunch of money thus why they win the cup EVERY year. Kali Mist can be devastating.

Unless you want to buy 100 s33ds of a strain> I would stay away from GHS
Maybe more like 50 s33ds from BF to find something good

I've never bought from GHS but I did buy 30 Violator Kush from BF before I found out from Exp. that they are not stable and not what they claim.

~20 (over half) were Sativa leaning and 7 Indica heavy/2 Hybrid (2 of the Sativa had Hermi. flowers and were culled)
Ended up with more Mid-grade potency bud than I care for.
The Indica's being an unpleasant musky smell/flavor and the Sativa's being a floral/spice flavor.
I did get good weight but that's pointless if the quality is crap because it's for me only...
They took alot longer to finish than 9wks.> more like 12 wks. (90days)

Turned it all into Hash which increased the potency to something I can use! Got a couple ounces of hash

I've popped BAGSEED more stable than those...sad breeding
