If I have some females in flowering, is it alright to put new plants into flower with them? Wil this push one of the new ones into being male?

If your positive their all female put them together. If one may be male theN kill him before he pollinates any females.

Make sure your new plants are mature first, for no other reason but High Yeilds. ANd it's called a perprtual garden. You get them going so you can harvest say one plant every 2 weeks.

Its fine, not sure how your system is set up or what your nutrient schedule is, but keep in mind if you only have one resi your nutrient solution might need to be different for different stages (or week(s) in flower), otherwise no need to worry.
