Keep weaving, or let it stretch?

Today is day 5 of flowering on my Hawaiian Snow. Everything is very sloppy as this is my test run (First time Hydro/Rockwool/HPS/Scrog). I'm not sure when I should let it get some height

Weave until you fill the wire or can't weave anymore, then switch into flowering and let it stretch.

But seriously, don't listen to me because I have no clue what I'm talking about.

Haha, I wish I could, but I don't think the hydro system can hold enough root mass for that.

I haven't played with a SCROG yet, but everything I heard, most people fill about 3/4 of the screen during veg. Continue to weave for the couple week transition, then stop weaving when flowering. Seems reasonable, but again, haven't tried it myself yet.

You're doing it wrong for starters... It also looks like you went into flower too soon. You dont feed the top back through down another hole, you pull the entire branch back through its own hole and move it outward. You are like weaving the plant thru the screen and thats not what you want to do. Anyways, once you get that sorted out, you typically pull 1-2 weeks into flower. I would do 1 personally.

What makes you say I went in to flower too soon? Your right, I just corrected it. Cut the wire and lifted it up and dropped it back down on top. I'll do it that way for the next two days, then let it go. I hope I didn't mess things up too bad. I'd really like to get a few oz out of this one.

I'd let it get to the edge of the screen or close then flip to 12/12 then the stretch at that point is the branches going straight upward.
