Keeping plant short

What to do? Lst, topping or another method.
I'll post a pic of my first grow where I did nothing special to the plant, I just let it grow.

I want to keep my new plant relatively short and flat.
Dwc: gorilla glue(number 4 if I'm not mistaken)


I know some of you are going to look at the thermostat and say my numbers are too high or you may look at my old plant and try to tell me all the problems my old plant had but this is not the post for that. Plz only training techniques and how to execute said techniques. Thanks in advance

Hey man if you're cramped for space I would look into the scrog method! Put a trellis net (or something similar) over the canopy and keep pushing new growth under the net and laterally! Working wonders for me so far!
