Kief

No idea if i am posting in the right place, seemed the most appropriate place to post so i apologize if i was wrong.

My question basically is this i have a sharpstone grinder and the screen between the collecter and kief catcher is coated in kief. I have tried using the scraper that came with to remove it but it didn't work and i definetley don't want to use ISO to clean it as its smkokable kief from white widow, how can i get the kief off the screen or get it to pass through to the kief catcher compartment so i can press it and smoke it ?

Um, tap it and shake it? Lots of threads on grinders and kief collecting methods here already. Searchy searchy x

If your screen needs cleaning you're just going to have to clean it.

If you have access to ISO why not just make ISO hash. I always end up with a couple of grams as part of my grinder/pipe/Baggie/jar-cleaning schedule.

Reason i haven't made ISO from it is because from what i heard it creates a really pungent smell and living in an apartment block i wouldn't want to attract the neighbors attention. Search was down when i posted this, was the reason i opened the way i did, and now it's back up i can see there are a lot.

Is it the ISO itself you're worried about or gaping off the liquid? Speeding that up with heat does smell but zi wouldn't worry about the dissolving bit. No more pungent than nail polish remover or white spirit. You had a painting job or something...

But ISO is a nice way to get something out of nothing with a clean grinder as a bonus.... Or the other way around lol.

dude just scrape it with a razor, do both sides real good then tap it on the table or something its easy.

Ive had luck with throwing mine in the freezer then taking a hard bristled metal brush and cleanin it.
